Jo and all her family made my pet and service dog Springer Henry as happy and at home as he possibly could be during his recent stay with them; and made my time away from my 'right hand man' and hero as painless for me as possible.
We are looking forward to many more visits for walks, stays and plays in the future knowing he is in such capable, safe, loving hands.

Jo was so kind and compassionate when our beloved house bunny Winston passed away last week. She came and collected him promptly and took the time to ask questions about him. Jo transported Winston to the crematorium and messaged us to let us know that he had been placed in the Chapel of Rest and that he would be cremated later that afternoon. She let us know when she would return his ashes to us and arrived at the time she had stated. The presentation of Winston's ashes were beautiful and it was obvious that a great deal of care had been taken to make everything perfect.
We can't thank Jo enough for the way she handled our loss, and made the passing of Winston a little easier.

Jo looked after my two dogs for the night on the 6th August one of which suffers with separation anxiety, I have previously tried a kennel for a couple of nights with no joy! They were as good as gold and both cream crackered when they got home. There all booked in for October now and I haven't got to worry they will be ok x
